It’s probably not very well known – even amongst some telecom companies – that telecom companies must be members of an independent disputes resolution scheme to sort out problems between customer and supplier that haven’t been able to be resolved any other way.
Ofcom changed the rules this week to “help ensure that consumers have an improved experience when having landline, mobile phone and broadband complaints dealt with by Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes.”
We hope our customers never feel that they need to take a problem outside of our company to get it fixed – and so far no-one ever has – but Voipfone is a member of CISAS http://www.cisas.org.uk.
